The timeline for the magazine requires that it goes into print by the end of the Spring 2012 for Berkeley, Charleston, Colleton and Dorchester counties. Expansions are planned for Horry County, South Carolina by the Summer of 2012; as well as the major city in your area. Authenticity Magazine is inviting professionals with marketing backgrounds to apply for our Marketing Assistant positions.
The position of Marketing Assistant requires the ability to professionally and effectively manage initial client accounts, processing quote requests; Authenticity Magazine is seeking potential team members who are fast learners, able to use a publishing management system. Personality characteristics will be poised, assertive, self motivated, well organized, and diligent. This is a commission only position.

Additional Marketing Assistant responsibilities include:
- Efficiently answering and routing phone inquiries
- Draft and deliver quotes via email
- Confirm orders and deliver to Authenticity Magazine graphics department
- Filing and data organization
- Follow ups and coordination
- Acknowledgment of new clients
- Perform all marketing department duties
- Marketing research
- Uphold company standards and image in all ways: quality customer service, dress code and communication
- All other duties assigned by Authenticity Magazine management
- Capable of maintaining and protecting company designs, business plans and all confidential and sensitive materials
